I’ve stay at this location many times. Staff is always friendly, they know me by name. I usually get to check in early. The room are starting to show their age as last refresh was in 2006. Still a nice place to stay. It’s close to the freeway, stores, and food.

Front desk service is good.
Just average room clean
Bathtub water valve did not working properly.
No hot breakfast was provided. But enjoyed very good coffee machine.

Excellent service, great Staff, Clean and Comfortable. Location is convenient, yet hotel is quietly nestled away from traffic. This is, and has been, my go to hotel when anywhere in the area since I found it a few years ago.

We have stayed at this hotel for many years on all our visits to Flint. While we have noticed deterioration over the years, this was the worst year. The people are very nice and helpful, but the room was not what was expected. The hot water in the sink only worked if you turned on the hot water in the tub. The table in the room was so wobbly it seemed as though it might collapse. On a couple of days, there were definitely people smoking and it seeped into our room. I don't blame the hotel for the people smoking, but it just didn't help with the other things. We won't be staying there again.

I called in the morning to get a room for the night and Matt was very accommodating. Upon checking in, Dominique was so friendly and efficient and got us checked in right away. The room was clean and spacious. It was, however, noisy due to the traffic on the freeway and neighboring guests, letting doors slam and being loud (around 2-4AM). Breakfast was pretty good, and Kayla took care of whatever was needed in that area with a cheerful smile. All in all, not a bad stay for needing a hotel the night prior to departure from the airport.

Everyone there was so nice. Kyle at check in was a great help. Karen in the breakfast lounge was great and Diane in the breakfast lounge was great, so polite and came to our table and asked if we needed anything and how everything was, it was a great experience all around even the cleaning lady was helpful.
